Since the nature of teaching is changing, coaching no doupt belongs to 21st century education and teaching skills. The Finnish Organization EUNEOS provided a professional coaching course with expert presentations, practical workshops and outdoor learning, aiming to the development of coaching strategies in schools. Participants had the chance to got familiar with the coaching process, learn how to plan and set goals, be informed about the coaching aggreement and coaching models. As the approach was experiential, participant teachers and school directors from all over Europe focused on real problems they face in their school life. It was amazing how many problems are almost the same, no matter if you work in a world-class swedish college or in a small school with poor infrastructures in greek countryside...
